Anyone interested in trading for an old school Ninja 1000R?   I'm wantin to go back to a smallbore bike again, this thing is just too well, big and bulky for my liking.   It runs/rides, but needs a few little things to be 100% up to spec.  namely it needs the fuel tank sealed inside and a competent brazer to fix some patchwork on the exterior of he tank.   Other than that, it just needs a speedo cable tires and sprockets.   I havent ridden it more than a few miles and the chain is brand new, but the front sprocket is worn a bit.     It DOES run and ride with a battery in it though.  

IF youve got a GS500 in the area that runs I'd love to make an even trade.   Miles arent a big issue, so long as the motor is sound I'm good.  I'll even consider a bike that needs carb work to make it great, just no internal motor work.  

I figure with all the extras I've got(most of a partsbike, several sets of bodywork, and multiple exhaust systems) its worth roughly $2000

If you've got something let me know.   I'll also take a 250cc sportbike, or a dual purpose bike even.

Nah, I've got a CB750 for my big bike.  I want something small to play with/commute on.
