Ok so I blew my 04 motor a while back and just bought an older 95 motor. I started on it today... Already got everything in but I have a problem. I can't seem to get any spark to my plugs. They were working fine before. The starter works fine, I have enough juice. This is the only thing holding me back, I have not been able to ride for 3 months. I'm getting fuel, I just can't seem to get a spark at all. There was one electrical connector on the wiring harness that I could not partner with anything... It is a single wire connector.

Any help?

So there are no sparks on both sides? I lost spark on one side once and after switching the coils figured out that one coil went bad..

You might want to start with testing your coils and then go up the line to the igniter, etc.

Ok so I fixed the spark. I didn't have all of the timing parts in...

I think it may be a fuel issue now... Cuz I have spark for sure.

Yup it was fuel 4 sure I needed a lil carb cleaner on the filter. Are there supposed to be gaskets in between the exhaust and head?n
