LOL ahaven! Lot's of sun in that one. I think some spiked tires would go nice with those shinney rims :thumb:

Beautiful job, nice work!  :thumb:  But I must say, if I rode a motorcycle, which I do, I wouldn't want to be in Finland.  Hell, I live in Buffalo, NY and it's more like Miami than Finland!  You must have a snowmobile too!
V&H pipes, K&N drop-in, seat by KnoPlace.com, 17/39 sprockets, matching grips, fenderectomy, short signals, new mirrors - 10 scariest words: "I'm here from the government and I'm here to help!"

One minor suggestion for you -ahven- is paint that rotor black! What ever possessed Suzuki to make them in gold is beyond me. It took me 15 years+ to paint mine, but the one thing that always bugged me when looking at my bike or pictures of it was how out of place that color is on the bike. Sticks out like the proverbial "Shore Thumb". It's a rather simple process compared to the mods you have all ready made. Because it is a floating rotor there is actually just enough space to fit masking tape between the rotor and the mount.  :thumb:

It's about six snowy or cold months here in Finland. But it only means I have six great months to service and tune up my bike to the max:) And it is also good period for winter sports with my car, long slides on the snow etc. I like it. Welcome to visit any time.

I've been also thinking painting my front rotor black. My vacation starts tomorrow and ends at the end of august, I'll have lots of time to mod my half liter darling.

What kind of paint did you use on your rotor? I think basic spraycan paint won't last long?

I used Home depot krylon gloss black. It's been over a year no problems yet. If you prep it right and clean it real well before painting in a warm temperature it comes out fine and will last 3+ years or more. :thumb:

My precious is hiding and waiting for some modding

Spend my saturday evening in my shed. Painted my brake rotor, like Mick Jagger said, like Robert said; I painted in black

Also played with carbon look-a-like vinyl and coated upper triangle and speedo, looks much better now

Alone in the shed

Good night, my Suz, tomorrow we'll play hard :icon_mrgreen:

Bought some aluminium grill and polyethen plexiglass for bellypan.

Then I bought from huuto.net "finnish ebay" one wicked scooter headlight

Let's see what happens when I spend this evening in the shed with my new accesories.
Prepare for something awesome ;) ... or alternatively for great disappointment

Pics later...

You get 2  :thumb: :thumb: up no more goofy gold rotor! Looks nice and flows with the entire color scheme of your bike now! :)

Well, well...

Damage done:

-ahaven- you are on to something here. I have to say it looks like a different bike with no gold to distract your eye from the rest of your mods. As it sits it looks very impressive. I think the only thing that would accent it even more is a little 1/4 fairing with that new head lamp assembly incorporated into it. With what you did to the rear end seat cowl I think it should be a piece of cake for you.

You mean some kind of fly-screen?

I've been thinking something like 125cc Cagiva Mito's Ducati stylish top fairing:

but still haven't found any cheap one.

Any good suggestions are welcome.

Today my tacho meter got broken. First pointer started to wobble and jump and then it snapped. I have to disassebly whole tacho now, is there any good instruction for that?

Yikes no Tachometer, no Speedometer, what are you going to do follow buses around to make sure you don't speed?  :thumb:
