Here in GA state law says that you can have blue or red, as long as it isnt flashing and you cant see the l.e.d.'s (or neon tubes) themselves, only the glow they put off. I have blue under my bike. Any other color is fine flashing.

In NJ i know the law for neon lights state that they are legal as long as you are not able to see the tube and
they are not distracting to another driver which is completely at the discretion of the police officer pulling you over.  Have tried that one with both blue and orange neons seperately on the interiors of my car so that the interior is completely glowing and have been stopped with both scenarios and ticketed each time.

Wow, weird.  I saw the exact same thing when I was working at Kmart "straightening" the automotive section.  I thought about buying a set, I didn't even think about legality.  Anyone know what the laws are in Pennsylvania?

I would say goodluck not getting pulled over with those lights on your wheels.  They will be fun and definitely draw lots of attention and get a bunch of people to turn their heads to look at you but just be prepared to pay a ticket if you do ride with these.  Sometimes it is just fun to ride with stuff like that and then "if" you get caught you pay the $44 ticket or atleast i am pretty sure that is what it is here in NJ.

In my county cops aren't allowed to stop bikes.

PaviSays

Is that county cops?  Or like municipal cops as well?  And how does that one work, lol.

A cop killed a couple people and injured 14 people trying to stop a bike so they have a policy now of not chasing/stopping bikes unless they have commited a felony.

Get white ones.  You probably won't get pulled over.

Yeah, it may be against policy to pull over simple speeding on a moto but I'm quite sure they will get your tag number and could very well be waiting for you when you get home. . I'm quite sure your parents would just luv that! But, I'm quite sure if they think you've committed a felony you could get a surprise!

I'm sure some would say just alter where the plates are etc.. In Florida it is a $1000 fine they don't fluck around with it either!

Hey Skeets, did you actually get what you ordered?  Because I got red-flashing ones when I ordered the blue ones...

Heh, oh well.  Maybe I'll put these on my bicycle or something.
