Here is the first post of that thread by katrider's member teddy:

QuoteSeems that kowl-tech is at it again with their fraudulent ways. I was shown this link in the chatbox this morning.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/SUZUKI-KATANA-SOLO-SEAT-SLEEK-COWL-99-00-01-98-02_W0QQitemZ270431758230QQcmdZViewItemQQptZMotorcycles_Parts_Accessories?hash=item3ef6fd2796&_trksid=p4506.c0.m245

It is an ad for 'their' sleek cowl. Problem is, that is a picture of MY bike with MY solo seat I hand made right here in my garage. That is NOT a picture of their cowl, in fact, it isn't even a picture of a cowl. That seat was cut, reformed, and molded into and honest to God solo seat. There is no rear seat portion there!

I have notified him via ebay's correspondence to remove the picture, and I am shortly going to notify ebay as well if he does not remove it for mis-representation of his product.

DO NOT BUY THIS FROM THIS SELLER OF FROM (C)OWLTECH!!! THEY ARE LIARS AND FRAUDS! THE PART PICTURED IS NOT WHAT YOU WILL GET!!!
Common sense in not very common.

This and all evidence of this kind of fraudulent businesses should be stickied to the main area and maybe even posted on the main page if they are stealing pictures and one off designs from bike forums?  :thumb:
