hi my name is absan and iam new here and i have 2004 GS500E
and iam looking to change the rear tier to wider one what size i can so up to wihtout changing the swingarm?

The Katana rear wheel swap is the easiest and most common way to mount a wider rear tire.  Here is one of several write-ups on the subject:
