I tried something similar to this a while ago.  USPS got all crabby with me.  They said my package had to have to have special packaging.  I asked how mail order companies can get away with it and they told me that their shipping department goes thru "special training".  (sure they do...)   They told me since I didn't have the "special training" I couldn't send what I wanted to send.  

Sounds like a bunch of crap to me, but now I follow it anyway.  I used to just not tell them, but found out the fine can be up to $50,000 if there is a hazardous materials release.

I told somebody else $5 plus an additional $6 for shipping so I guess that'll be the price for everyone.  He never got back to me, though, so...first one who pays me gets it.  

I'm guessing i need another ignition lock and key at this point so if it's still available just put it on my bill.
