Ok, found a source for 1mm oversized rings,  still working to find correct fit stock size. Anyway, suzuki wants 28$ for 1 set OEM rings making it 56$ for 2 cyl worth.  and 80$ for a single 1mm over piston with rings(rings arent sold sep)  dont know how many of you have 1mm overbore pistons or want to try fitting 1mm over rings to stock bore, but i can get 4 cyl worth of rings 1mm over sized for 50-60$ depending on howmany of you want em. i would then buy the 4 pack and divide the rings into 2 cyl packs and send em out to you guys for about 35-37 (this would include shipping too, shouldnt be more then couple bucks) but its still cheaper then normal channels.  BTW, these are rings to fit a suzuki 4cyl car engine, aint that a kicker?  im still looking for stock ring size too, but last price seen was about 75-85$ for 4 cyl worth, still cheaper then stock, 40-50 shipped$ for 2 cyl worth but were still not sure if they can be gotten, the book was alittle out dated. so, let me know if you guys want some.


to recap, 1mm over sized piston rings found, cheaper then dealer. i have to buy 4 cyl worth then divide them up from there.

As to total seal "Gapless rings" they do come in 74 and 75mm bore to fit the GS1150, but the ring grooves are thicker and are about 90$ for a set. most of the bike applications are for race. generaly replaced after so many runs/hours    to get them to fit, one would have to put in 1150 pistons (if posible) or machine the stock pistons to fit(not recomended)

If no one else needs them, I will split a set with you. Don't need them now but nice to have a spare set at a good price. This is for the 75mm pistons, correct?

Yeah, its for 75mm piston, i bought a set of 4, im going to attempt to file down the gap alittle to fit stock bore, so my set is taken up. if we can get another person into the deal, i can split the set for you guys.
