There was one other post calling out to fellow Canucks, but that thread's been dead for a looooong time.  Is there anyone on the Canadian west coast?  I've only seen one other GS500 around here - that's the rat-bagged '93 they have at the riding school I went to.
'08 GS500 - Vortex clip-ons, Harley Tribal mirrors, Buell signals ... and lots more to come.

Hey Honu

I'm from Vancouver. I've only seen one other GS500 on the road since I've had my bike. Of course, I've only had my bike for 2 months. What year is your bike and how long have you had it?

Been riding in GVRD since I moved (rode my bike out) from Toronto in Feb.  Haven't seen a single GS500 on the road in Vancouver yet.  Have you looked around on the BCSportBikes.com forums?  Perhaps we can organize a GS500 meet in the Spring?  I'm sure there are plenty out there.

I've have a GS500 (2005) since last year.  This is my first motorcycle and a great beginner one as well.   I've pretty much done the maintenance myself and use it to commute to work on the nice sunny days.    I've seen a few others like mine from time to time and I met one guy at the Suzuki dealership on Kingsway which had the same year motorcycle as me.

I know this is an old post but thought I'd give it a try. There are a few of us now in the lowermain land that have GS500 / GS500F. We should all try and get together this spring. I've created a Facebook group Called 'Suzuki GS500 & GS500F Group' (I know how original....) just thought we should all join and that way we can setup some riding times and so on. Just seems easier to do these things on facebook.

Hey!
I have sent a request to join the FB group, I'm living up in Whistler and can't wait for the snow to melt so i can get out on my GS again! been able to hook up with other GS owners would be great though I've only been riding for a few months last summer so still kind of learning.

Cheers,
Scrumpy
