This little doozy is real close to my house in NWDC. Anyone in the city, check this out!

Sweet S-curve in NWDC!

So before I get flamed for racing through school zones, just let me say this: I scoped this out this afternoon and its pretty safe. The posted speed limit is 25 and I was getting a sweet lean on entering the beginning of the turn going 30. I think 5 over the limit is hardly "reckless driving", but who knows with the cops around here.

ANYWAY, it is also up a big hill, which is probably the reason for the switchback. I went up and down it five times this afternoon. Stop at the bottom, wait for the cages to get far ahead (they all have to go like 15mph) then take off. At the top, turn around and go back. Fun fun!

Also I am loving the way my bike looks now that I painted the rims black. Here, have a pic.

the wheels look pretty good, do you plan on putting a wheel stripe, i think the contrast will make it look even better.

I hadn't thought much about a wheel stripe, i dunno maybe I'll photoshop something up to see how it looks.
