Some stuff I don't need from a box-o-parts I got. Dumping tolerated, but I have tried to research prices, rather than just put it in the unsatisfying "make me an offer" land. Dumpees will be expected to reveal any excessive bargains I'm putting out there as well as overpriced items, though firm offers to buy at the bargain price will be honored if gotten before notification of excessive bargainization is. ;) Some sort of discount arranged for multiple items to one buyer or non-shipped pickup near where MA, VT and NY intersect.

Sprocket specialists aluminum, made in USA 477Z  (listed as a Bandit/SV sprocket, but appears to be workable for GS as well, since I'm using the 40 I got with these two). Update: Somone has quietly pointed out that these are actually 525 rather than 520 sprockets.  The odd thing is that my clearly marked 520 brand new chain is working without any sign of binding or galling on the 40 tooth 477Z which I'm using rather than selling. But evidently it's not supposed to, and these should be considered more Bandit or SV than GS applicable. As far as I can make out the Z only means non-returnable, and 477 is what to look for at sprocket specialists site - but the Z stuff only shows up in the catalog or via phone, evidently. Looks to be $65 for new ones from them, so still a deal here.

43 tooth rear - unused/mint  - $30 shipped in USA

42 tooth rear - appears very lightly used (came to me that way, examine the pictures, judge for yourself) $25 shipped in USA

Centerstand, no hardware. Not bent. Some paint wear, some light surface rust where paint is gone. - $15 shipped in USA (well, I'm hoping I can do it at that price, haven't actually tried sticking it in a box). Basically, free if you pick it up and whatever it costs to ship to have it shipped.

The cable to the starter. - $15 shipped in USA

The main ground cable. $10 shipped in USA

Front wheel spacer, new in bag, Genuine Suzuki Part - $7.50 shipped in USA

Aluminum fork bolts (the part that screws in on top of the springs), new in bag, Genuine Suzuki Part (pair) - $35/pair, or $20 each shipped in USA

Shift Lever (no bolt) - $15 shipped in USA

The more it rains here, the faster I'll respond and stuff will ship. Dry days when I can get away, I'm shovelling dirt into a hole. A formerly 300+ foot long hole, now down to 100 and change - but winter is coming, and I need that sucker filled in.

e-mailed and PM-ed as well. You need to get back to me by tomorrow morning or your dibs are gone...  :dunno_black: call it the 24 hour dibs rule.

"others" being a bit vague, dgyver gets the exhaust hanger.

erchen, your parts are finally in the mail. Forgot to grab them Friday night, and PO had closed when I got them Saturday. Getting everything out of the house that these parts were taking up space in the garage of kinda made last week a bit nutso. I'm glad that's finally over with. The trench is not done yet.

04GS500kid - if nobody else gets the rear sprockets before Thanksgiving, you're certainly welcome to come make a personal deal for them. On the other hand, you seem to be selling your bike, so I'm not exactly counting on you taking them.

All prospective buyers: if you can't come make a deal in person, you can either paypal it (and I have to eat the fees) or you can send check, money order, or a carrier pigeon with gold legbands. Don't ask me to list parts on ebay (ohh, what fun, more fees - if I wanted to list them on ebay, they would be there already) or any other such foolishness. Thanks.

It's the stock spacer on the other (right) side of the front wheel.

A quick look (without disassembling) my front wheel seems to indicate that the length of this spacer is not quite the same as the space taken by the speedo drive. It looks a few mm longer. I don't recall the details enough from when I last had the front wheel off to know just how it would sit in the speedo drive space, though. If there is a specific spacer made just to replace the speedo drive, this is not it. It might be able to be made to work, but I don't know that for sure.

I'd be happy to swap if it will work for you, but I don't know that it will work for you. If you want to pop off your front wheel, you can perhaps assess that by seeing what the spacer from the right does if moved to the left.

If it won't work for you, my standing offer on the seat latch stands - look into "first class package" at the post office - if you keep the package (bubble-wrap envelopes work nicely) under 12 oz, it's usually the least expensive way to ship.
