Yea at campgrounds I see 6 mph, or 3.5 or 5.5 mph all the time. unfortunatley i dont live close engouhg to one to go ride there for a picture.

Hmmm... I didn't say Paper Crane, I said Crane. BUT, as I didn't stipulate what type - mechanical, biological, etc, then you get it on a technicality. But you might as well start looking for mechanical cranes cause that one will be coming - but don't take a snap yet cause there will be something else needed to be in the pic as well. And by mechanical cranes I do NOT mean mechanical toy birds, I mean the machines that Lift things into the air. Like this one I stopped by, with Site Traffic Controllers coming after me for riding through their entrance gate and coming onto their site  ...

Part of what we've done in this game from page 1 was awarded some originality in your thought.... not a technicality so much, a clever way to think around a corner.

I'd give a +1 for creativity C- for a Swan dressed as a Crane. And I thought you had to get acceptance from the challenger before you won? I know I am guilty of doing it too and this way it seems to be moving along faster.....But a paper swan? That's a stretch! Now had you pulled out something like this:

Maybe I'll get some crayons and draw an 11.824 mph speed limit on some cardboard, take it outside, snap a pic, then we're on to the challenge.  Nobody would actually need to ride anywhere for the challenges.

However...

A main element of the game, as specified by the OP, is "First person to go out". Therefore, if redhenracing2's picture of the crane was taken while on a wee run,  it would be entirely acceptable.  But if that's his garage in the background...!!!

I've got a list of challenges but not who won them. When I saw the duped list on the R6 forum the other day I thought... dang, I'll go through and do that. You beat me to it. Nice work.

When I saw the Paper Crane I actually burst out laughing for the ingeniousness of it. Very clever.    By the way, if you search for Paper Crane that is the Image that comes up in Google. So I'm cool with it being completed.

As for the next challenge... I live in a Metric country. Everything is normally divisible by 10. Though some speed limits do say 5 or 15. But I will now be on the hunt for a 12km sign. Maybe in some Gated Community or something. Hmmm.....

there aren't any around me but mobile home parks usually have 12mph speed limits.

A member there did all that in about 7 hours. Luckily he had a SLOOOOOOW day at work, and then when he came home, his wife wanted him out of her way. :laugh

Hmmm.... I've been looking and looking. My work sees me go to a lot of different places during the day and everywhere where there would be Speed Limit Signs - like nursing homes, factories in industrial estates, etc., I am looking looking. All I see are speed limits divisible by 5 - 5, 10, 15 and 20 is the highest I've seen. The search continues...
