Anyone have a softcopy of the "GS500" logo? I am making a logo similar to the GSXR but with GS500 R instead. A guy I work with has a vinyl cutter and can easily make them. I haven't talk to him about costs for any volume of these.

Ok...how about just a pic of the rear body work with the GS500E logo?

You can always make your own. Use a paint program and print it off. get your friend to use that as a stencil.

That is what I am trying to do. I am going to be supplying the actual file so he doesn't have to rework the image and charge me to much $$$. I need a image in a usable resolution to create the file from. I wanted to see what it would look like using the GS font. This is what I have created so far using a GSXR image that I traced.

Let me know if any of these are useful and I can send you a higher resolution jpeg file.

As you can see my logos are from an older model and aren't in great shape. It was hard to take a picture without glare. But if you are using them as a tempate and tracing the image then they may be usable.

The last two images were altered using a Photoshop feature to hilight the edges.

Those are perfect! :)
I thought that there were several different fonts from different years and these are the ones I wanted. Thanks a lot.  :thumb:

Actually, they are better than the gixxer images I used to create the "R"

I have higher resolution JPEGs of those images that I can email to you. Just tell me which ones you want.

By the way, I received the tool pouch yesterday, so I am glad to be able to return the favor. And I got to use Photoshop Elements for the first time.

joefromsf,
What year bike are those silver logos from?  I'd like to repaint my bike, and I'd like to replace my nasty purple '96 logos with something less fruity  :)

They are from my black 93 GS500.

Oh, I forgot to mention that the corresponding "Suzuki" tank graphics are pretty ugly.  The silver lettering is ok, but it also includes some purple graphics that I don't like.

I can use the images you posted. I import them into AutoCAD and trace them to create the image. Then I export them as a *.EPS file to be used in the vinyl cutter. I did use Photoshop to see what the image would look like on my bike.
This is a backwards way of doing it but it works. I have the files of all of the logos (TL1000R and several Suzuki logos) for my TLR. I may have several "Suzuki" text logos cut as well. Depending on how much he charges me. I may get a "good deal" since he wants me to neck a set of valves for his race car.
I hope the pouch is good enough.

Ok here is my latest revision. Hopefully I am not the only one who can see this.

Unfortunately, you probably are. I see a white box and red X.

It looks like you are trying to use a link to a photo hosting site and they typically won't work.

I have posted images here before without any problems. Let me try something different.

The German Suzuki site has '04 logos as .gif files for all models under the pictures.  The GS500 and GS500F are different enough from each other that they merit a look.  Also, you could cut and paste the Gixxer logos to come up with something different.  Here's the link:

The site's in German, but pretty well self-explanatory...   Happy downloading!
