Alright so when I push my handlebars foward the part that the red arrow is on moves, but the circle that the green arrow is on doesnt. as in the crack the the yellow arrow is on gets bigger and smaller.  Not huge, gets about 1/8 in. from whatever it is now.  Is this slight movement/looseness normal, or do i have to tighten something?

the h-bar mount is....rubber mounted.....therefore a little give is ok.....
helps keep your hands from going numb
