WTB - Trashed seat (89-00), or SEAT side of seat latch (89-09)

Posted this in my garage sale, which may not have been the best way to get anyone to look at it. Trying again.

I have a seat project in mind. I don't want to butcher my seat, since I want the project and the original seat to be swappable between.

At bare minimum, I need the latch parts that are bolted to the bottom of the seat pan. Dunno - perhaps $12.50 shipped to 01267, (probably light enough to go as a first class package - the shipping deal nobody will mention at the post office). As far as I know the latches are all the same. I am NOT looking for the part on the bike, however - I need the part on the seat that connects to the part on the bike.

At slightly more than bare minimum, I could use a seat pan with no padding (if padding/cover trashed, just remove for less weight when shipping) from 89-00 - say $20 shipped if the pan itself has damage rearward of the bracket or above the front hook, $25 if no pan damage, and take off the latch and see above if damaged between the gas tank hook and the latch.

This is not the ideal place for your pristine fully intact seats, as you can and will get more money for those from people that want an intact seat in good shape. I want the bare-bones foundation of a crapped out old seat at a price suitable to being just that.

Update: have a latch coming, so unless this becomes some sort of mass production product (in which case I'd guess I better just make the latch part too, given how long it took to get one) I don't need more than one.
