I REALLY hate doing this, but everybody hears how the economy is in the oh my goodnesster, and it finally hit home. Lost my job where I worked for 9+ years due to downsizing, and my lovely 500 has to go now   But I'm not gonna bore you with my dillema.
It's an 2005 Gs500F without the fairings, but still has the 05 light. It's got 3781 Miles and is in great condition. Clean title, starts every time and is a real joy to ride. Asking Price is $2100. I'll post it here first,, and if nobody wants it, it'll be going on craigslist/ebay. Also: I do not want to  part it out.

I've been looking for a bike for a friend. He wants to get into riding.  At that price, I want to drive out and pick it up.  I'm in Mass though.  Besides, if I get a GS again, I'd want my old GS back from Bluelespaul. He's selling it due to lack of riding time. I'm so tempted, but I don't have the cash.

i dont get it, annguyen, you dont like armor all, you say it sucks hes in nebraska as if that means you dont want it, then you say dont drop the price, then you say you want to drive out and pick it up from nebraska at 2100 but not a 1700, but your in Mass so your not gonna drive out and get it, and besides if you wanted a GS again you wouldnt even buy this one because you want your old one back from Bluelespaul.  But your not getting that because you dont have the cash which brings me back to the why do you want to pick it up for 2100 but not 1700.   Im so confused by your comments. man i feel dumb im prolly reading this wrong or somehting.

Umm...   yeah...  you're reading my comments wrong.  Let me "decode" it all for you.

"ArmorAll" - NOT good for motorcycle tires because it makes them slick.

"Sucks he in Nebrakska" - means it's impossible for my friend that I'm looking for to buy the bike.

"Don't drop the price!" - means it was already a TREMENDOUS steal at $2100.  Dropping it lower and lower is tempting me to buy the bike, even if I don't have the funds set aside to do so.

I'd LOVE to take that thing to the track.  It was so 'flickable' compared to the R6.
