I've noticed over the years with people coming and going that some don't understand what happens in this part of the forum and it causes confusion, misunderstanding, which leads to hurt feelings, name changes, infractions and bans. So to clear the air a little I thought of making this as an informative thread. Pretty much everything here is unscripted and chaotic and outright hilarious. You'll also get the latest news and updates, especially all things gearhead. There will occasionally be some hot chickie scantily clothed and other cool topics to just plain lame ones posted.

For those that are thinking about participating, a word of caution.

1. You will need to have very THICK skin. Once you post you are open game.
2. Your sexual orientation WILL be called into question.
3. You may not get the answer you were looking for. Caveat emptor.
4. Your work will suffer.
5. Your marriage may suffer.
6. You'll find a whole bunch of new friends that are just as unique (read weird) as you.
7. Half of off-topic posters are intoxicated. Deal with it.
8. There is no free hat.
9. Everything is THE ghey


An easy way to find your exit is with examples given for clarity...

1. Be a drama mama
2. Confrontational and or insulting behavior, especially to mods or other members
3. Try to con people

I took it from the R1-forum.   

The exit strategy list at the bottom had some names of ex-R1 members that fit the bill.  I couldn't think of any ex-members here to put beside each item. lol
