Yeah that is the plan. It looks like who ever took  this apart last really did a number on it. Stripped bolts, missing hardware, and just plain laziness..... Should I mess with the Air mixtures screws or just leave them where they are at? They look abut 2 to 3 turns out and they are both about the same spot.
