I was just looking through the photo gallery. I've been a member here for years, but don't leave many messages here. I am thinking about buying a used 2007 GS500F from the HD dealership I work at.I can get a nice emplyee discount.

But looking at Anne's original model GS500 with the matching Targa fairing and chin spoiler--I have to say that bike still looks great:

How much for/ how many miles on it? And that bike looks ok, not a big fan of just having a few fairings. All or nothin baby.

It's a 2007 with 8000 miles and looks fine.No sign of being dropped or anything. Asking price is $2995. But I wwork these and would get a nice employee discount. Basically, I could get it for what they gave fore it on trade plus maybe $100. KBB gives trade in price of $2335. Unless they had to do some repairs to the bike-then my price would go up. In Dec of 2008 I bought a 2006 Harley-Davidson XL883 with 3062 miles, for $4062.00 plus tax.13 months ago the motorcycle market was on the down turn, but still a lot better than it is now.For that time, that was a good price.

Lucky man. I got my 07 with 8500 miles for 2900. It's a cold natured sonofabitch, but it's all part of that carburetion.  Never been dropped eh? Mine was dropped before, didn't make a damn to me because I dropped it a few times too. Haha. It's a beginner bike. Funny, I rode dirtbikes forever and manage to drop a streetbike like I've never ridden or something.

That bike reminds me of all those bikes they rode on Sons of Anarchy. They all had the same looking quarter fairing on them.
