Ahh.... that's lovely - quoting my wife. And I agree. For all I know the view from behind the camera is all industrial waste and such. But in front of the camera is my cup of tea.  :woohoo:

Ha ha!!  Jessie, I think he needs to come on our next trip and see for himself.  Besides Bill the Junk Man who lives down the street, the scenery is just stunning.   :thumb:

I woke up today to partly cloudy with a high of 55. For us here in Seattle the lack of snow and light rain for this time of year has been nice. The GS is out in the parking lot here at work  :thumb:

So....I was just thinking that we should take a trip to Antietam or Gettysburg.

I came to Seattle from Toledo, Ohio to escape the snow and cold! This has been a fantastic Seattle winter compared to last year. We're actually getting a kind of early spring in that we have early budding on the trees and I've seen some cherry trees blooming!
This is the old cb400f cruisin' the viaduct

It is nice. BTW, I cruise the viaduct every day on my way home. I work down on E Marginal, in the Federal Bldg by the cement factory.

Grommet,

Every time I see your Avatar it takes me back. Maybe I'm showing my age by saying such... but dang, I recall I used to quite enjoy that show - Land Of The Lost

Man, it's muggy as shaZam! here in the summer. Aweful. It's great living out in this area though because of all the country roads I get to ride when it's warm :)
And try alabama and south GA for hick towns..its like holy crap..deliverance all over again.

Lol, I'm an Indian, and I was rolling through LA once and came into this town with a sign under the welcome sign that said "No N****rs Or Other Dirty Colords"  They told me to "Get my no good, red, injun ass outta there peaceful white town."  Very funny.

While I know we are far from perfect I think race relations are better among younger generations.  I know I'd make a terrible racist cause I usually can't tell what ethnicity people are.  When I met Kay I thought she was Hawaiian or Mexican (some sort of brown).  Then she told me she was born in India so I assumed she was Indian.  Turns out she is of Philipino decent.  Asian, the correct answer is Asian.  But now that I know that I annoy her with all kinds of bad Asian driving jokes so I guess I am a racist after all   :D

You're right, Baltimore. I am 23 and race relations in my group are..waaay different from that of my grandparent's even my parent's generation. its more open you know?

I'm a big ole' racist...  I just clump everyone into "those people" groups, lol.  Really, its not fair to judge our country as a whole based on a hick village in the sweaty ass crack of America with a pop. of like 25?  Race relations would get a whole lot better if people stopped screaming for equality while waving a sign saying "We're different"  Just my opinion...
