Flooded?????

I got a battery tender pluged it in tested the spark plugs they now spark just fine and when i was testing for hydrolock (took out the plugs started the bike felt air come out of the holes as the engine cranked) the bike seemed to crank just fine.  But when i put the plugs back in it wouldn't crank any more one attempt and then the bike died did I flood it. and how would I be able to tell/fix it

now it almost fires when i start it when the choke is all the way off but when i put the choke on it dies

Yep, you flooded it.

Turn the throttle WFO! And crank it, no choke, for a few seconds. Try not using so much choke. Just back it off a little.
The motorcycle is no longer the hobby, the skill has become the hobby.

Power does not compare to skill.  What good is power without the skill to use it?
