What in the carb do I adjust to get the proper fuel to air ratio. I've searched and come up with nada.

The mixture screws.  Check the wiki for pictures.  They're covered up with brass plugs from the factory.  If no one has ever adjusted them on your bike, you'll have to drill them out.
