2nd Air dead weight after Lunchbox

okay, so i need to figure out the best way to handle the 2nd air on my bike.  Do most people just plug and end and leave it, like i have done now? or do they take the whole assembly out and plug the lines from the front of the motor?

2nd air?

  Do you mean the thick hose that comes off the top of the valve cover?  Do not plug that, that is crankcase ventilation.  Put a piece of rag over it so air can get out and no dust gets in and twist tie the rag on with wire.   Some oil will drip eventually.  Search for crankcase ventilation air filter and you'll find more ideas.
Keep adding to the carb jet matrix!

No, i have that taken care of. There was another hose coming from the bottom of the air box, to the front of the bike to a box right underneath the triple tree, and then the box has 2 lines going to the front of the motor, these lines are metallic, there are schematics on bike bandit, its called "2nd air"

Most people block them off, removing the dead weight.

I have it blocked off with a bolt. But have you removed it?

Oh, sorry.  Mine never had it.

Do a Google search for "2nd air removal" or "Pair block-off".  Lots of info on SV forums too.
