So I am getting back on my gs500 for the first time in about 6 months and put a new battery on it, and when I went to start it the engine turns over and all the electronics work but it wont fully start. I had the oil changed right before I stopped riding and was just wondering if anyone had any clue of something that could be wrong.

gas doesnt like sitting stagnant for long periods of time. try emptying the carbs and put fresh gas in.
