Wooo weeee I done squeezed out a Pound of it in two weeks.Got several good buzzes.I'm trying some nasty tasting Bannana/vanilla flavored Instant stuff now. once you get past the taste the buzz is much better than Alcohol.

I used to use it for sleep. Also, it is in the Stress Rx tea by Arizona. My roommate drank a gallon of it and was passed out on the couch. Pretty funny he was like WTH it was hot so I drank your tea. That'll teach ya.

Unfortuantely, for me I was taking it when I started getting chest pain. Don't know if it was correlated but I won't touch it anymore.

Instant - no way.  Leaves and stems they put in for filler screws with your liver.  I like my liver.

Use pill form occasionally as a muscle relaxent, but keep it to a minimum cause it's hard on the liver.

I drank around a Quart of the Fresh squeezed stuff a few weekends ago and was staggerin. I think I'll go with the Pill form next.It actually helps alleviate my anxiety and my back pain BUT I can't function too good on it while trying to work

the liver damage only comes from the leaves and stems.I've been buying my supply from a reputable dealer that suppose to only sell 100% root Kava.

Kava doesn't appear to affect dopamine levels, diazepam or valium does.  There are minor differences in how the two approach what is ultimately the same effect.

Man id lose all respect for you if you went into meth land. ive lsot soo much crap to tweakers. weed, ive got no issues with.  other drugs as well. but meth is dangerous to make. myself ive tried a few things in my past. only drugs i am on now is what is prescribed to me. i quit the hard stuffages. because my liver is giving me hell and my kidneys i fear are on their way out. so guys/gals be safe in what you try
