I just bought a Cortech Sport Tail Bag. It fits nicely and, best of all, stays put. Unlike the backpack under the cargo net thing I have been using. On short runs I was just wearing the backpack but as it gets hotter this summer, that sucks! So hopefully this will work better. Anyone have this bag? What do you like, dislike about it?

Awesome! Thanks for posting this. I have started researching a tail bag since the warmer weather is here. I also put the backpack under the net or on my back.

Thanks again!

This could be perfect for when I go back to school and I'm using the bike to deliver sandwiches. I'll have to modify the cords a little cause of my chop.  8) But I can roll up, unzip the order, make transaction and ride away, minimal down time.

I have the cortech tribag saddlebags, but I've been thinking of switching over to the sportbag setup, with this tailbag and the saddlebags.  Looks nice!

I love mine. Lots of nice features and well made.

I picked up one of these and really like it. I have gone to the construction site with my tools of the day :technical: (someone else brought the major tools), but it fit my pouch, hammer, lunch & misc other tools. The only thing that is kind of hard with a tail bag is getting your leg over. Depending on how short you are and what kind of gear you have, could make a difference. Enjoy...
If it was easy, someone else would do it.

Rode with it today and I like that it stays in place with the rubbery pad on the bottom. Keeps it from bumping my back when braking and just in general, keeps it off of me. Too hot for that now! I like the saddlebags and the way the tail bag snaps to them but I don't really have the need for it right now. The tail bag expands on both sides to allow for bigger items and the rain cover and shoulder strap are nice touches at $62.99. It does make the bike a bit taller to get your leg over though, so it might be tougher on the shorter riders. But overall, I'm very satisfied!

Do you think you can fit in a 15" laptop in the bag?

It comes with shoulder straps too?

I have the same bag, and love it. It generally stays where I want it, looks good, and can fit a bag of groceries and change.

Minor nags:

1. It may tend to sag to the side if it's not fully loaded. Generally towards the kickstand.
2. I've had the whole thing rotate around the seat on my Rockster.
3. It can be hard to fit big stuff in it. Fully expanding the bag doesn't expand the opening flap (obviously.)
