It's hard to explain in anything approaching a tasteful manner.  If you go to the site, it should let you view a thread or two before telling you to log in.

got it terry. TY. yeah some is graphic but teh nationwide database of live police scanners is awesome. i caught my cousin ( a CHP officer not far from santa monica) i called him not 20 minutes after i overheard him  working a highspeed chase and subsequent 1050) he was like WTF? how did you kow about this?!? it JUST happened. i replied AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH technology FTW. also teh webcam feeds are cool too. not all of it is violent   

Yeah, there are some really neat, not graphic aspects, but the majority of it is very graphic.

Agreed. the most graphic vid i ever viewed ( not on this site) was of that POW in iraq gettign beheaded, or not so graphic but equally , vivid, was teh one of that young girl in IRAN, that was shot in that post election riot. could see th life leaving her
