How much for both foot peg assemblies shipped to 79416?  I need the brackets, pegs, brake lever, shift lever and rod/shaft clamp, and the rear master....everythign to put them on a bike that doesn't have any foot controls.

i do not have the shift shaft or shift lever, but i do have everything else.  $40 plus ship cool?  thanks
