$1000! That's unfortunate for all the work you did and all the parts you put on it. The front end is worth half that. Oh well.

Just FYI, you might have an easier time selling it if you either put up pictures of it without that seat cowl, or if you just spray paint it blue. It makes it look pretty unfinished just because the color of the paint, and I know it's a lot closer to being done than the yellow/blue makes it look.

"Unfortunate" doesn't even begin to describe the way I feel about selling this bike.  As much work as I have put in to it, it's like selling a child.  Especially since it isn't "worth" much on paper.  We will see how it goes.  If I can't find the right buyer, I'll keep it.  I could really use the money right now though.  So unless I get a raise (not happening this year) or get another job (possible) this is be best way I have to make some extra cash.

Eh, I've sold a couple kids before, it's not that hard.  :dunno_black:

Expensive bike mods suck for not helping with resale. Everything I've done on my new bike was done with extra parts and all the originals get stored in a box. That way if I ever have to sell it, which I never want to do, I can just put it back to stock, and make back some extra money with the other parts I have.

Good luck with it!

Oh man if you were on the west coast I'd snatch it up so fast and sell my stock bike...good luck mate, that will be one hell of a sexy scoot once it's done...
