Could I just buy the SV650 one or maybe get one made?

If that's what you want, looks like you could buy the SV650 one and mount it. Seems to just mount to the headlight.

There's a cowling for sale in the for sale area:

It's over $200 just for that small one on the SV650. Hoping to get something a little cheaper than that.

I'd like something that's smaller than the one in the link you provided. Seems a little too "boxy" for me.
