Fuel cap with key in good condition.  My gasket is a goner so it leaks.

The seat lock is not as urgent but if anybody has a matching set that would be nice.

If everything else is good, you could replace the gasket.
If key is not an issue, there are a number of after market gas caps that don't use a key.
I have a set or two coming in but I'll have to wait until they arrive to see what condition they are in.

i saw the threads suggesting one could make their own gasket but is there anywhere to just get the gasket?  dealer parts only sell the full assembly, that i saw anyways.

the lock is f'ed up too so i wouldn't mind replacing it.

Yes, the gasket is molded into the spring loaded part. I got in 2 gas caps today. One is a used Suzuki the other is aftermarket but brand new. If you can wait a few days, I need to look at everything and see what I can do to make things key the same for me. the Suzuki came with ignition and seat lock. I'll get back to you. I need to check things out for my brand new 1992 gas tank. Brand new tail fairings just came in today, too. So pretty and shiny! The beauty of a new 1992 GS500!

If someone else has what you need before I get back to you, go for it. I may not get everything sorted out until the weekend, but I will have something to get you running again.

i have the bike in pieces anyway so not too much of a rush. i'm waiting on a new petcock, jets, lunchbox too so i'm not going anywhere fast lol
