Hey guys i'm hoping you can help!

Basically my Gs is beggining to annoy me and after having the carbs out countless times it's getting to the point where im ready to give up.

Basically my right cylinder is carbon fouling and the left is flooding.

Im not entirely sure what the problem is but all i know is the battery has a full charge, and both plugs will spark when outside the cylinder, the float heights are set the same and both carbs are clean, i've just replaced the left hand carbs Throttle valve and throttle needle and ensured the mixture screw is set to 2.25 turns out (correct for my UK spec bike)

All jets are standard as far as i can tell but im still getting this problem.

HELP!

Hey man you're not alone. I have no solution for you but i do know that i am experiencing the same problem.
I read on another forum that a fella took his ride to a dealer with the same issue and all the mechanic did was change the oil; it turned out that because one cylinder was flooding the fuel was deluding the oil which would then splash the plugs...

Good luck.

Check float level ... GS floats wear and go high ... especially 89-00 carbs - the design makes em go high a lot.
I see em in all the carbs, I set it to be a wee bit under its correct level, hpoefully it will wear in by the time the bike gets a few miles on it after the carbs are refitted.
Cool.
