Only 4600 miles, original unmolested with very minor upgrades. At 4000 miles the carbs were gone thru and given new jets/air bleed adjust per the spec suggestions for stock pipes and air filter from this group. Runs super, not cold blooded. New spark plugs, oil change with filter. New Bridgstone BT45 tires. New Progressive Suspension fork springs, new slightly heavier fork oil. Cables and all oil/grease points been taken care of recently. Everything works as it should a joy to ride, needs nothing. Does have 3 shallow dents in the tank. I have too many bikes and while i hate to do this,,,this one must go. Images available soon,,,,,just ask,,,,i am too dim to figure out how to post on the forum, don't waste your effort trying to train me,,,i can email them to interested parties. $1800 firm and worth every penny, will help with delivery for very reasonable fee of gas and road food. bob wark  740-374-4250

Wow why you give up so easily? The Forum will definatley help you sell to a good owner though. Pictures really help the sell though. Is there anyone in OHIO that can help this guy out? I would assume you can send them in e-mail and some one can post them for you? I would be happy to help if you need it just PM me and I will post the pics here for you.

Probably a good place to sell parts, but most people here already have a GS500. You also said $1800 firm, when there are others on here that are in good condition, cheaper, and open to offers. So there may be some interest, just not interest in buying at the price point your firm at, in the market your advertising in. Nice bike though. You can't go wrong with keeping it.

Actually I am interested. I have the exact same bike. Same color even. My wife would like one and this would give us matching bikes.
