In other news I have bought a K6 Suzuki SV650 Sport  O0

Well? Spill the beans. What's it ride like, handling, comfort, mileage, etc., etc.?

Michael

I bought it cheap as it required a good service. As yet I haven't compleated that, so the short ride I did have was feckin AWESOME!!!  :woohoo:

I finally succumb to fitting my handlebar muffs
You got a link to where you got yours? I've been looking into the HippoHands. And how do you like them?

My christmas present, ready to open this morning

Had to fight with the damn thing for an hour to get the tank out... but when I did...

Fresh from the mold

Kevlar lined

And the money shot:

No easy way to get it over a tank really.

Try dropping down to 4 Oreos and set your pilot screw 3 turns out.

Filled her up and added STA-BIL.  Put on new Progrip 719 grips.  An oil change is in the works before she's put away for the winter.

I bet it is, thanks for the link too. I do have a question: how do you get rid of the crease down the middle of the tank?

Sand paper. It's just a raised section of resin.

What did you get stung for those?

You can't put a price on good fashion  :D

Nice boots!

Next do you buy a second bike to go with them or just do a make-over on your existing bike?

http://racevisors.co.uk/ supplied my muffs

They are compleatly waterproof which is great, slightly restrictive on the indicators though and I nearly dropped it trying to push it round but it is better than wet and frozen!  :thumb:

Firstoni

LOL those boots would match my jacket perfect =P

I am working up to a new helmet though .... getting a great deal on a shoei x-twelve (as in like 45% off retail and no tax)

Going with a black and white kagiayama 3 when I save up the cash.

The only reason I went with these is because they are the only boot I have found that goes up to a 16, and I normally wear a 17 but people say these run a size large. I think they will work nicely.
