Tommy,

At that price, i don't see it as being too bad of a deal if the only issues are a burnt clutch and a smoking engine. The clutch is a 30 minute job... 1 hour at the most. The engine issue might be just worn rings (relatively easy fix) or a really rich carb (super easy fix).... or something really bad... like a toast engine. If you post pics or a video, you will get better input.

PS: I admit the guy's posting style needs major work.. and could use better grammar and punctuation in general. But unless you guys live in some small town or something where you don't interact with a normal range of socio-economic backgrounds and speaking styles, I don't see why the OP left you so clueless.

Yea that is one of those bikes whose value IMHO is negative.
Ask that clown to pay you 100 to take it off his yard. The dead motor and a bad and fugly frame/cosmetics = garbage.

I bought a bike like that from a clown for 80 bucks and he was going to send me the title. That clown stiffed me on the title. He then stopped answering my calls. So I promptly went and parked it in a handicapped parking spot for a day or 2. The thing ended up with 2 tickets, each of which was a 275 bones. He called me, and in 2 days I had 80 bucks in cash.

Cool.

Hilarious!  I'll keep that one in mind, if I ever get stiffed on the title....
