On 19th Dec, the Lockyer Ulysses is doing their Xmas Lights Run. What they do is... they decorate their bikes with battery-powered xmas lights, then go ride past all the homes with good displays and show off to them - and to the people who also do the "drive around looking at lights" thing. A lap of Ipswich, stop for coffee/icecream at the end.

Last year I had a good time and will be doing it again. This time I'll try to Bling my bike a bit - maybe some glow sticks or something more

I had written the date as Dec 19. Have just received word this date is wrong and it is, in fact, Dec 18. A Saturday night. So have made the correction on the main post above.

Also, this isn't a ride around Brisbane - too far to travel for all the good stuff in the entire city. But just the good stuff around Ippy. And there Is some good stuff such as...
