I spoke with my bike shop and they quoted me $65 cdn for a 2002 Suzuki GS500E Cover Contact Breaker and emblem (right side).
Is this a fair deal or does anyone here have one they are willing to sell.
Thanks

There are a few that are for different models but might work.

I've got em made from billet, they dont need a cover, they look nice as is. They follow a different profile than stock, they have a angular face so it doesn't look like the stock at all, in fact it looks like someone machined aluminum with their bare hands and fit it on their bike, and to never mess with a man who do that. Yea ... that.

Anyway $35 covers shipping in US, $40 USD maybe to canada. You dont need no suzuki sticker for this ... its a man's bike, suzuki sounds very girlie ...

Bolts included, but I only have 3-4 left ... Next run may not ever happen, aluminum has shot up in $, machinists are hard to find cos nascar is ramping up again ... so these may be it for a few months atleast.

Cool.

Hey Buddha,
I'm interested. I hate all the suzuki logos, but do you have any pics?

The Buddha

I gotta find em. They are on this site in a few places. They are really not an object of beauty, they are sorta a statement "dont mess with me" in a pocket sized package.

Junior has one. Painted black to match the rest. Really nice. He also has the buddha fork brace.

I had a couple for sale but no one wanted them.

The fork brace make a difference adidasguy?

Can't really say. I haven't been on the highway lately or really exercised Junior since I replaced it due to crappy weather. Mostly short commutes to and from work and the gym (like each is 0.6 miles). Centuryghost has had one for a while and said he notices it is more stable. That's why I got them for Junior and Suzi. anyway, they sure look good!
