My aunt recently died and left behind a loveable pomeranian.  She's 7 and in good health.  She's paper trained, and goes outside.  She would need a little work to train her to only go outside, but she's loveable and not destructive.  Some money would be included for carpet cleaning due to the invariable accidents that she would have during retraining.  The reason I mention this is the people that are watching her (I can't keep her where I am living) have told me that she has had some accidents in the house.

She needs a good home, where somebody can work with her to retrain her go potty outside.  The reward would be having a loving dog.

12 years old is pretty damned old for a pomeranian.

I'm suprised nobody replied to this post before now. Poor dog. Lost her master and now she has been homeless for almost 6 years!
