WTB: swingarm adjusters, windscreen, more

Working on the bike and have a list of parts I need to get her back into good shape. These are all for my 07F.

I bought a new swingarm and I need the swing arm adjusters. I have adjusters but the threads are boogered and my swingarm is so dented that I literally cannot remove the adjuster. So I need two of these. I know they're on ebay for about $20 but I'd rather give the money to someone on here.

Also need a chain guard, I lost mine riding through some twisties, I guess the bolts vibrated loose.

Looking for a stock windscreen - I have mine but I painted it and it looks like crap now. I would prefer a zero gravity double bubble or sport touring - something larger than stock, but I doubt anyone that has one wants to sell it.

Long shot, but I broke one of the tabs on my right rear fairing (that attaches it to the subframe) and wouldn't mind replacing it with one in nice shape. I'm not sure how I could repair mine as it broke clean off.

Looking for a 17 tooth sprocket. I spend 99% of my time on the highway commuting to work, so I think this would be nice to have.

I'm sure I'll have more parts that I need when I tear into it, but this is the list for now...

Have:
Have half a dozen chain guards. One in stainless steel of you prefer
You mean rear axle adjusters on back end of swing arm? Have bunch of those and complete rear axles.
Stock windscreen: have 2
No plastics for an "F" model, just for "E" models.
Only stock sprockets & chain (240 miles on them though)

Eastwood has a plastic repair kit. I've used it to actually make tabs for a tail plastic. It does work really well. Or buy a crappy one real cheap, cut the tab and glue it to your tail piece (can use the same plastic repair kit).

Adidasguy,

Yes, sorry - axle adjusters. It was late and I wasn't thinking straight! I need the whole assembly - the part that slides into the swingarm, that the axle slides through, the plate, and the nut.

How much would you want for a set of the axle adjusters(one for each side), a windscreen, and a chain guard? I would prefer stainless steel but that of course depends on price. I'm in Kansas City, MO if you can work up an estimate on shipping costs. Do you have a picture of the stainless steel one?

I would also be interested in the chain as I tend to wear mine out fairly quickly. I assume it's the stock one, but that's not a problem, since I have to take my swingarm off anyway.

NOTE: I now make my own SS chain guards!
http://gstwins.com/gsboard/index.php?topic=58237.0

SS chain guard is this one: Just gas GS engraved, not the full GS500 as I have on Junior now:

Windscreen, rear wheel adjusters, stock chain guard: $50 plus UPS ground. (Windscreen nearly new. Was on Suzi for a couple months until I replaced with Zero Gravity) Assume you need bolts for chain guard, too. Will include them.
Switch to SS chain guard: Add $30
Factory chain: add $30 (Always put on new sprockets when putting on a new chain. This one is basically new - 240 miles were on it.) Will include standard sprockets that went with this chain if you need them. Let me know.

Add it up and I'll have to figure shipping once boxed up due to weight and not knowing which parts you want right now. I would guess $20-30 for UPS ground.
Paypal for parts then I'll box and invoice for shipping.  patrickpaypal@cdesoftware.com

Hmm. I like that chain guard but I think the stock one will work better for what I'm wanting. And I suppose I'll pass on the chain for now. Keeping costs down for the moment. So windscreen, rear wheel adjusters, and stock chain guard for $50 + shipping. I can paypal that now but I imagine you'd rather have just one transfer for the full amount with shipping. So let me know how much for shipping and I'll paypal you.

I'll have them at the office tomorrow and pack them up.
SS chain guard goes best with silver frame. Stock with black which is why Suzi has the stock chain guard (unless I paint the SS one black).

PM me your address. I need that to calculate shipping.

Just go $55 for parts and shipping. I'll take care of whatever extra there is in shipping.

sveach

Yep...I have the black frame so I figured I would keep with the stock plastic.

I'll send you a PM now. $55 coming your way.

What I had is on its way. Glad to help. What else do you need or want?

sveach

Don't need anything else to ride...but I am going to check valve clearance this weekend, 99% sure I remembered my left exhaust valve being a bit tight when I checked it last. Need to doublecheck, pop out the shim, and order the next smallest size.

Then I just need a 17t sprocket and I'm set for now. Will need a new back tire in a few months, and will finally need to replace my front tire at the same time. Contemplating switching to a 90 series tire but not sure how well that will work with a 17t sprocket. Heard lots of good about 90 series tires though, and it seems like I can get a better selection of tires in that range, mostly for touring. Would be nice as 99% of my driving is highway, so I tend to flatten out my tires pretty quickly.
