E and F are the same except for:

E has a hole for that rubber thingy that the speedo cable runs through. Ignore it for an F and just leave the hole. Or put in the rubber thingy (I might have extras)
E has 2 holes for mud flap on back end. If someone wants the fender, I do have an extra mud flap for it.

Otherwise, they fit the same.
