I agree that we should allow repeats. Its way too much work to search through the previous 103 pages and see if your idea has already been done. Even if you use the search, you might be searching for "ice cream" and the original poster typed "icecream" so you won't find it.

Maybe if someone posts an idea that was just done a few pages ago, someone can call it out and they will have to pick another one.

You don't need to search through 104 pages. Click the link in my sig file " GS Picture Game - List of Completed Challenges & Current Challenge http://tinyurl.com/GS500PictureGame " and you'll get a full list of every completed challenge and who completed it. Then, press F3 on your keyboard and a Search Box will appear, type in a word to search the list. So you could search for icecream or part of the word like cream and you'll see if what you have in mind has been done. It's not hard to do a search this way.   ....

Good to know, thanks!

I think this is the rule that we should go with...if you are playing the game, you will know what the last few pages hold...but I don't want to have to scroll through a few years of completed challenges (even if they are on a nice list...thanks MR) to see what I can use...sorry I didn't go through the challenges, but I just wanted something relatively easy to get some new people playing...

Later.

Noone needs to scroll through any list. Hard hard is it to hit the F3 key and type in a word to see if it has been a previous challenge? How lazy do you want to be? Seriously?

Last few pages? How short term is your memory?

And Gregg... you haven't even completed a challenge and you want to change the rules WTF?

If you're going to call someone out for repeating a challenge only recently, then why not after taking 30 seconds to do a word search on a list?

If you're stuck for challenge, pick a street name - any color, name of flower or some other proper noun.

It truly isn't hard to pick something easy that hasn't been done before.

I'm not aiming this at you Mad, just saying in general.

Now go git a pic of your bike at a museum.

Whoa, now... I'm not trying to step on anyone's toes, I just thought reasonable repeats were acceptable. I didn't know there was a set rule. It seemed like everyone was discussing what SHOULD be the rule. I plan on playing, that's why I chimed in.

Honestly though, I think the only reason I liked the idea of repeats, is because I really wanted to do the skyline challenge that was changed to the museum. If I really think about it I'd have to agree with you, Mister. Let's not stifle creativity.

Thank you...sorry, but I really don't see the need to repeat things. We went through this before, games have rules that aren't supposed to be broken.

We already had a WRX, any chance you (or whomever) can get some other kind of Subaru... just for variety sake? If not, just get the WRX again.
