Been watching a few bike vids lately and loving the sound of the crossplane R1. The only bike I think that sounds better than my Ducati and that is saying something. I heard one in real life at a bike shop not long back and they sound just as good in real life.

I thought nothing would compare to the thump of the V-Twin in my best friend's Suzuki TL1000R... until I heard the new R1 with big pipes 
I don't know why it has taken so long for the crossplane crank to hit retail production lines but it will be interesting to see if other bike (or car) manufacturers adopt the technology...

haha they all sounds like DRZs/dirtbikes to me. I'll take the old zx10 that rode past.

Are people starting to accept the crossplane setup? All I ever heard was people putting it down for being overweight and underpowered compared to other bikes. This only comes from the magazines I keep in the bathroom, I haven't actually done any research on it. I used to love the sound of an I4, but then after not riding for a few years and just listening to people being obnoxious in town, any excitement has worn off on me. There really aren't many bikes I get excited to hear that much anymore. I love the sound my buell makes(yet still hate it when I hear it coming out of a harley), but I'm sure everyone around me just thinks I sound annoying haha.

If it wasn't for the exhaust note I don't think I would bother looking twice at em but that is me anyways lol.

BTW saw that TRON movie ( the latest one) recently and was smitten by the Sport Classic in the beginning. Beautiful looking bikes

Definitely a good scene. I would've loved to have a light switch on my bike when I was younger  probably would still be cool on a supermoto just to be able to get in and out of places.

Sadly, as over the top excited as I was when I hear this movie was coming out, I still haven't even seen it haha

LOL TT-four I'm a Tronophile as is my BF. We got the games even just to ride light cycles. BF bought the Blu-Ray special edition and guess what it is still sitting on the rack until we can watch it together! Sigh!

haha, I remember, you wanted the picture of me in my Tron outfit. I haven't been able to get it since Heather's computer crashed. Still have the outfit though! I had Light Cycle on my old computer, I used to play it all the time.

Tron Evolution for the PS3 is a Blast. the story mode is more like training in Parkour but MP and light cycles hellz ya! That's right I wanna see you in that sexy suit! If I ever had an extra grand laying around I'd get that MC suit for him. I want to see  since he is a cruiser guy! He calls me the Carbon Fiber Mummy well I wanna dress him up too!
