I bought an SV650, so I'm thinking of selling my GS500.  I've searched around a bit, but not quite sure yet what it's worth.  Any thoughts anyone has on this would be highly appreciated.

Year:  1996
Tires:  Pirelli Sport Demons.  Lots of life left.
Millage:  5500 Miles
Mods:  Renthal Bars, Added a Fuel Filter
Other:  Just installed new front brake pads
Engine:  Runs great.
Location:  Long Island NY
Rust:  There is some rust on the pipe just in front of the muffler.

KBB Trade in: $860
KBB Retail:  $1355
Nada didn't have 1996, so this is for 1997.
NADA Low Retail:  $840
NADA Average Retail:  $1105

Overall the bike is in great shape.

I'd ask $1500 OBO unless your in a hurry to get it gone. Its pretty clean and riding weather is here.

Very clean looking bike! and low miles, I would ask $1,400-1,700. Post at $1,700 and when they offer low you can get what you really want

Where is the bike, my son is looking for a GS. His Chinese bike just isnt making him happy anymore.
