I have a "National Cycle F-16 Touring Windshield - Tall Tint", that i bought November 21, 2011 - for $83 without shipping (shipping was $10), from cheapCycleParts.
I would let it go for $30 plus shipping.

(I don't recommend it, i don't like it on the bike.  It is not a very sturdy fit, shakes at idle or low speed, the clamps that hold it suck, i found it created more turbulent air than it did block any air.  My biggest problem with it was that the headlight lit up the shield and it was distracting/annoying.  If it had better mounting system i probably would have tackled the lighting issue and loved it.)
