I should have rode over to Eckville (even the name is red necky)...I'm sure they have some nice trailers with dead cars on the lawn...the house I was thinking of, the guy moved out and took his crap with him (or the new owners had a scrap company come in)...the house is settled weird (windows aren't square to the frame & siding is slanted), the lawn is over grown...but the real kickers are gone...the old tub in the yard with an old hot water heater in it, the rusted out truck with four flat tires...he must have moved a while ago though, 'cause the "grass" has even hidden where the junk used to be...?? 

It was a dead ringer for what you wanted, but...all gone...well, the house is still there and the grass is too tall (mostly weeds) but the crap is gone...

I'll try harder next time...

No, Walmart is NOT a curtain business. They are a general retailer.

Curtain businesses normally have the word Curtain in their name.

Maybe it's an Aussie thing...I don't know if I have ever seen a curtain retailer...I'll have to go look, maybe I just don't notice them...closest thing I can think of is "Bed, Bath & Beyond"...??

I just never saw a curtain business.  As big as Houston is and never saw one.  I guess if I checked the yellow pages there'd probably be plenty.

I couldn't make it... someone else will have to step up. If you look around you can find curtain/drape places- but you'd never know unless you look. (or you are an interior designer, I suppose)

Curtain Business. Business folks, not necessarily a retail store.

And dude, I just checked the Yellow Pages for your location and got 43 matches. There is more than just one curtain business where you are. You might need to travel a bit to get it - like more than 5 miles - but it is very doable.

got the bike with me at work today, and there's a blinds and shades store a few blocks out. haven't been by it in years, hope its still open

Ok well there were a few stores near me. This doesnt have curtain in the name but I think "window coverings" fits the bill. This is actually in my town Mister so even closer then Albany. Sorry for it being sideways.....



If it counts. Next challenge is: Your bike on fire!! Ok not really on fire but with fire or near a fire. Decent size, as in not a lighter.

I understand the USA likes the term Window Coverings and Window Treatments, so think it meets the intention of the challenge.
