2007 GS500F bogging down then dying

I have a strange problem that is consistent for the most part. Everytime at 100 miles after I've filled up the tank if I'm doing higher riding my bike will start to bog down, feels like I'm running out of gas, my speed will drop and I can't give the bike any power. Eventually it will die and I'll pull over. Immediately after it stops I will restart it, which it starts right up, and drive off. Once and a while it'll do this to me again but for the most part I can just drive off until the next time my trip meter hits 100 miles after I fill up. I don't know what's going on but it bugs the he'll put of me since it's acts normal before and after the fact.

Here's what I've done on a normal basis:
Clean/lube chain every 500 miles
Oil change every 1500-2000

Things I've done since this started happening:
Cleaned the air filter out
Changed the spark plugs
Put seafoam in the gas

Information on bike:

5000 miles
Normal highway driving 90% of the time

Vacuum locking the tank.
Take off the gas cap, take it apart if you can or chase it with wires and cleaner. And dont use a huge rubber bottomed tank bag.

Cool.

Sounds somewhat like what mine is doing.. Except my entire power system dies (headlight turns off).

I agree and here's my write up on cleaning a gas cap.

Also check the vent line on the carbs.I'm not sure which one it is on the style carbs that you have.
PICS are GONE never TO return.
