there was a guy this sunday riding this exact thing. 2-stroke lucky strike rgv250..talked a lot of trash too...

they're not sold in US? maybe not anymore but you can buy them used.

I know of a RGV 250 in Upland, CA with CA title.  PM if anyone is really interested, I can give you the phone number to call.  I think the price is 3000-3500, but it's probably negotiable.
