I have a win almost as win-full..

Neighbor down the block had this white grand marquis that been parked in the driveway for years, had moss all over it, w/e, got it for 1,000.

Bought it, fixed it, shined it up, and resold it for 2500 after driving it for 4 months.

bingo it has to be a deal worth dealing otherwise you get taken. Whether it be making cash or having good times. Instead of the probe find an old 70s or 80 model ford truck with an in-line 300 6 cylinder and drive it forever. Parts are super cheap. Get one like this guy did http://advrider.com/forums/showthread.php?t=685298  a $200 f150 that he is hand painting and fixing up a little. Once he is done he will have a truck he can drive for 15 years and sell for more than he has in it. You just have to compromise on AC lol

Yea, or any other non k-car or the like.

Cheap trucks with good frames drive trains, small eco cars, and weird un-liked cars with cult followings (Fiero's, anyone? I had one, I LOVED IT, but it is hated by lots)

Panther cars you can get CHEAP, and usually sell for the same, and you can really haul it in them, they're pretty fast, have diy aftermarket, and are fun.

Same with old jeep cherokees, you can find them cheap, and sell them more to the right people. The old 2dr ones are awesome.
