Does anybody have any clue what this could be? My friend thinks it is a bad master cylinder, and my other friend thinks it is the brake lever its self...

Its pretty tough to pull in the front break, and by the tire spin I think it is somewhat locked...

Based just on what I can see from the video I would suspect a partially siezed caliper before anything else.

It is really hard for a brake lever to be bad without a fall. Plus it is so easy to see if the lever is bad: it is held on by 1 bolt. all it does is press on the master cylinder and push the brake light switch.

It is possible - though rare - for the lever to corrode or the bolt to be too tight. Loosen the bolt and grease it if  you're worried about the lever. Never hurts to be sure the lever is greased, anyway. You grease the hole for the bolt and a dab where it presses the master cylinder.

Pull the master cylinder cap off and try it again.Be careful not to get the fluid on any painted surfaces.

Pulled off the master cylinder, made sure it was not clogged, bled the brakes... Also greased the brake lever, this mostly got rid of the noise when squeezing the brake, however I think the front brake is still dragging some what, I can't remember what the brake felt like before, but now you have to squeeze it about 2/3rds before you get any stopping power..

Is that after pumping the brake a few times?
The motorcycle is no longer the hobby, the skill has become the hobby.

Power does not compare to skill.  What good is power without the skill to use it?

Sounds like air trapped in the caliper to me too.
