Just wondering if you could run an hid kit on the GS without a relay harness. I have an extra ballast that im trying to use that didnt come with the relay harness, Is it possible to just connect it to the h4 socket or will i need a relay?

Running anything that has a very high amperage draw (i.e. H.I.D., especially on startup) without a relay and proper wiring is never a good idea. Very easy to melt wiring. Do it right and add the relay.

Do it one better by retrofittting the proper optics to actually make all that extra light usable instead of scattering it everywhere and creating tons of glare for other drivers.
